Sales Officer
The role
As a sales officer you will be responsible to:
- Promote first aid educational programs and products.
- Identify new customers and develop partnerships with companies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional actions.
- Conduct Quality Controls in businesses for First Aid supplies and recording their needs.
What We’re Looking For
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or related).
- Valid manual driving license (essential).
- Previous experience in sales or a related field (experience will be considered an advantage).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and knowledge of Greek.
- Organization and time management skills.
Operations Officer
What the role involves:
- You will coordinate our programs and seminars.
- You will manage inventory, orders and collaborations with suppliers and customers.
- You will monitor the performance of operations and suggest improvements.
- You will support the team to ensure everything is executed efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in operations or project coordination.
- Ability to organize multiple tasks and priorities.
- Good communication and cooperation with the rest of the team.
Office Administrator
What the role involves:
- You will manage emails, phone calls and incoming/outgoing mail.
- You will organize daily tasks and support the other teams.
- You will take care of the files, databases and administrative procedures.
- You will prepare reports, presentations and other documents for the team.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage time and priorities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Pleasant personality and fluency in Greek.
📍Location: Nicosia-based and travelling to other cities-where applicable.
