HOW TO USE
For cold therapy: Place the product in the refrigerator or freezer for the appropriate duration, until the desired temperature is reached.
For hot therapy: Heat in the microwave according to safety instructions.
Apply to the affected area for as long as relief lasts – always placing it on a cloth or heat-resistant cover. Repeat use as needed, without exceeding the duration of application.
PRECAUTIONS
- Always use with a protective cloth or cover between the pack and the skin – never apply directly.
- Do not exceed 20 minutes of continuous application. Let the skin rest before the next use.
- Do not overheat – follow microwave or water heating instructions.
- Do not use on skin with open wounds or irritations.
